You can enjoy the peaceful sandy beaches but also go to busier tourists spots. There is a comfortable private swimming pool in the garden (4x8) and air-conditioning/heating and wireless internet in the bungalow. In the neighbourhood there are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.

The bungalow has a nice, maintenance free and wall in garden (720m2). Flat screen colour TV, video and Home Cinema set are present. The kitchen has all comfort as: Large fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The bathroom has 2 sinks, shower and a bidet. The toilet is separated. The 2nd bathroom has showers, sink and toilet. Of course there is also a laundry with washing machine. Denia (7 km away) is a beautiful town with a large harbour for ferries, fishermen and pleasure yachts. This town on the Costa Blanca lies at the bottom of El Montgo mountain. The average amount of sunny days a year is 322 and the average day temperature 22 centigrade. The town has 33.000 inhabitants and lies 100 km away from the 2 capital cities Valencia and Alicante, 58 km north from Benidorm and 3,5 hours (with fast ferry) from Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera. A walk through the narrow streets in the fishermen’s area shows the history, culture and architecture of Iberian, Cartage, Roman, Arabic and Christian civilization.
