| We are renting a nice detached bungalow in Els PobletsS, 800
meters from the coast near Denia in Spain (Costa Blanca). You can enjoy the
peaceful sandy beaches but also go to busier tourists spots. The well appointed bungalow consists of 6 beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very suitable for a great holiday with many possibilities. This is not a holidayhome but complete furnished private house. |

| There is a comfortable private swimming pool in the garden (4x8) and air-conditioning/heating and wireless internet in the bungalow. In the neighbourhood there are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. | ||

bungalow has a nice, maintenance free and wall in garden (720m2). Flat screen colour TV, video and Home Cinema set are present. The kitchen has all comfort as: Large fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. |

salon (sitting room) and dining room are well & cosy furnished. Six
comfortable beds that can be separated. The big veranda has plenty garden
furniture and beds, chairs/table and barbecue. The bathroom has 2 sinks, shower and a bidet. The toilet is separated. The 2nd bathroom has showers, sink and toilet. Of course there is also a laundry with washing machine. |

 Els
Poblets is a typical, unspoiled Spanish village where the authentic Spanish
culture and atmosphere still exists. Denia (7 km away) is a beautiful
town with a large harbour for ferries, fishermen and pleasure yachts.
This town on the Costa Blanca lies at the bottom of El Montgo mountain.
The average amount of sunny days a year is 322 and the average day temperature
22 centigrade. The town has 33.000 inhabitants and lies 100 km away from
the 2 capital cities Valencia and Alicante, 58 km north from Benidorm
and 3,5 hours (with fast ferry) from Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera.
A walk through the narrow streets in the fishermen’s area shows
the history, culture and architecture of Iberian, Cartage, Roman, Arabic
and Christian civilization. |

 Denia
has a lot to offer for everyone: five 18 hole golf courses, a first class
yacht club, possibilities for fishing, windsurfing, diving and sailing.
There are many sandy beaches and rocky creeks. A variety of activities
in the area is offered; like hiking trips to L’Áigua; a
trip to Cape San Antonio (diving, snorkelling) or Cape La Nao; excursions
to the Montgo Mountain, the Natural Park or the Marine Reservation of
Cape San Antonio. You can make impressive
trips in the robust Spanish country. |
